RadhyaCollection Shipping Policy

RadhyaCollection ships PAN India to ensure every customer enjoys hand-block printed ethnic wear with ease. Orders are carefully packed and dispatched from our base in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

Order Processing

• Orders are processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday, excluding holidays).

• Provide your complete address with pincode at checkout for accurate delivery estimates.

• Pincode serviceability depends on our courier partners; we’ll notify if not deliverable.

Delivery Timelines

• Standard Delivery: 5-10 days total (including processing), depending on your location and pincode.

• Metro cities: 3-5 days post-dispatch.

• Other areas: 5-8 days post-dispatch.

• Delays may occur due to weather, festivals, or courier issues; we’ll update via WhatsApp / email.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on select promotions (e.g., prepaid orders above ₹2,999 or festive offers like Karva Chauth).

• Otherwise, charges start at ₹80-₹199 (calculated at checkout based on pincode and order value).

• No shipping to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Payment & Delivery Options

• Cash on Delivery (COD) available PAN India (subject to courier confirmation).

• Prepaid orders (UPI, cards, net banking) get priority processing and tracking.

• Tracking link shared via WhatsApp / email once dispatched.

Tracking & Support

• Track your order using the link provided after dispatch.

• For issues, contact us via WhatsApp / Instagram (@shopwithradhya) with your order number.

• International shipping not available currently.
