Refund policy

At RadhyaCollection, customer happiness is a priority, and every piece is carefully checked before dispatch. However, in case something doesn’t work out, the following return policy applies.

Eligibility for Return

• Returns are valid only if raised within 24 hours of delivery.

• Product must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

• Any signs of wear, damage, perfume stains, or alteration will make the product ineligible for return.

What Is Not Returnable

• Items purchased in Sale / Clearance / Offer sections are not eligible for return or refund, unless received in damaged condition.

• Customized / altered pieces and items bought with special coupon codes may not be eligible for return.

• Minor colour variation (due to lighting or screen settings) or slight print irregularities in hand-block prints will not be treated as defects.

Return Process

• You must inform us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp / Instagram DM / email with:

• Order number

• Unboxing / product photos and a short video, clearly showing the issue (if any)

• Once the return is approved, you have to courier the product back to the address shared by the RadhyaCollection team; return pickup is not available currently.

• The product must be dispatched from your side within 2–3 days of return approval and tracking details must be shared.

Refunds

• Refund is initiated only after the parcel is received and quality-checked by RadhyaCollection.

• Refund will be made to the original payment method or as store credit, as discussed at the time of approval.

• Shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount; only the product value (minus shipping) is refunded.

• In case the returned product does not pass quality check (used/washed/damaged), no refund will be issued and the item may be shipped back to you at your cost.

Exchanges

• At the moment, direct size exchange is not guaranteed and depends on stock availability.

• If the required size is available, an exchange can be arranged; otherwise, refund/store credit will be processed as per the above policy.
